FIVE STARS! I read "Never a Bride" (book #11), "Unlucky in Love" (book #12), and this novel back-to-back since they seem to be connected. Each story stands alone, so readers do not have to read them all to fully enjoy each. However, if you read all three, I believe you will feel more satisfied. Of the three, this one is my favorite. The author manages to convey what each character is going through. The emotions really hit home to me. Many readers will feel an instant connection to Eden since she deals with battling her weight and low self-esteem. All of us have felt that way at some time or another in our lives. The author even shows how the actions of adults can affect the children.

This is a wonderful tale of love, uncertainty, remorse, and people striving to do better. Fantastic!
